Having looked for the right property on and off for around 2 years, we had as you can imagine, met and dealt with a fair few different agents in the area. We eventually ended up finding a property with Andrew Grant and bothJessica and Chloe could not have been more helpful. Throughout the whole process from viewing to completion, it was a real breath of fresh air dealing with an agent that was friendly, highly efficient and genuinely had our interests at heart. I cannot recommend Andrew Grant in Pershore enough!

Jo worked tirelessly on chasing my chain, which was very problematic. I had a short duration to get everything completed and Jo took on the task fantastically. Despite having quite difficult people to deal with, Jo maintained her professionalism at all times. Her energy in helping to get the completion sorted was key to me enjoying my new home at last.

Good personable service. Always someone available to talk to me and my 'agent' would call back. Although our home to a long time to sell, the agent didn't lose interest or encourage drastic price reductions. I would recomend them.

Overall good agency to rent with. They have replied to every question I asked them and keep being helpful. The only thing which I would suggest to improve is the response time and advance clarity around what the landlord agrees to do regarding property management. Examples would include decorating, household electronics replacement and etc. It would save time for everyone involved into process and d would set up tenants' expectations in advance of their rent start date. Everything else is great. They always turn up on time for viewing, it is easy to make an appointment, they always pass my questions to the landlord. I would recommend them in future.
