They answered my questions with competence, provided sufficient information, and handled relevant matters with care and attention to detail. The letting procedure was efficient and well organised, resulting in a successful and happy move to my new flat. I believe this success was not accidental and perhaps people at Breckon & Breckon know best what it takes to achieve it. All I could do is enjoy our future communication and recommend their services to anyone. My experience of marketing our property and securing a great offer with Paul Hodgson at Jones Robinson, Newbury, in a very difficult time for us has been amazing. I cannot praise the level of professionalism, knowledge and compassion enough. There was always someone knowledgable on the end of the phone, and no answerphone messages blaming Covid - I only wish the agents I was trying to view properties with had been the same! I will use Jones Robinson again without hesitation and will recommend them to all my friends and family.

Our experience of selling a home through B&B was excellent. We invited a number of agents to speak to us before we put the house on the market. Robert immediately stood out as someone with lots of experience and knowledge of the market in the local area. He answered our questions directly and we felt honestly - we didn’t think he was over selling or underselling and felt very comfortable that he would show our property to potential buyers in a way where the house would be represented positively.
