This company has been fantastic in the manner in which they have supported me in looking for a property in which to live. While my house was waiting to be sold, they managed to help me look for a property to rent. Once my house was sold they did a fantastic job in helping me find somewhere to buy. The company provided me with such a friendly service. Despite them not selling me my new home (found through another agent), I would be more than happy to come back to them if I ever needed to sell my home.

This is the first time we have used Howick and Brooker as a letting agent and as soon as we are able we intend to move our other rental property from another local letting agent to Howick's. Just like to say what a fantastic job Lisa Netherway has done for us on the Beaumont Court development. Its a shame the same couldn't be said of the developers. despite the fact that the development should have completed iaround January, Lisa has never hidden herself away and has basically took it all on herself to take all the flak due to the late completion of the property. She is always very pleasant and informative and hasn't tried to sugar coat the numerous delays. I would deal with Lisa again anytime. Her bosses are very lucky to have her. If I could have given her more stars than five I would.
