We have been tenants through Romans for 7+ years now and have had a few property managers. Our current property manager, Jacqueline Miles-Miller, is outstanding! She is responsive, deals with any issues immediately and in a friendly manner. She provides an excellent level of customer service. We feel we are in good hands and that we have a voice!
