Fantastic agency, have used them for letting two properties and they are a slick and professional operation, totally across all the compliance requirements on a landlord. Jodi who runs letting is delightful, professional on highly knowledgeable.

We’ve used Romans for many years, as landlords, to manage our house in Fleet. They have always been on top of things and we’ve never had any issues that weren’t sorted out quickly and efficiently. Lorraine Phelps has been very helpful and responsive.

I have just moved into my new home through Romans Fleet. I can’t praise them enough as from start to finish they were professional, friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled and organised to ensure my move went smoothly and without any hassle whatsoever. I am so happy in my new home and it really was relatively stress free and any questions or problems I was concerned about they delt with them quickly and nothing was too big or too small to handle. They made me feel very relaxed and took away all the stresses involved in moving. I would highly recommend Romans Fleet

I have been working with Romans for about 2-3 months at this point and Laura Burkett from the lettings team in Fleet has been absolutely incredible. Laura listened to everything that I was asking for out of a property and did everything that she could in order to help me and I am blown away by the service that I have been provided with. We received an outstanding service from Romans in Fleet. Buying a new home during a pandemic was no walk in the park and we received so much support and patience and encouragement during the whole process from everyone we were involved with. I want to say a special thank you to Amy Richards who was so supportive, caring, knowledgable and professional and always there for us when we had a question or concern. We have had a lot of bad experiences in the past with different estate agents and Amy has definitely rebuild our trust! Thank you!!
