Great service

Johnathan arranged my initial tenancy in 1105. This was over the Christmas period 2019. Everything was done quickly & professionally. The flat was flooded due to a leak in a communal area. Johnathan called me to let me know there was a flat available the same as mine (605) and organised the move. Overall great service & conscientiously managed

Qube is the best letting agency I have dealt with. Having rented 3 other properties in the North West region, I have by far had the best experience with Qube. From the beginning when I was viewing the property they were professional and accommodating with arranging a repeat viewing and quick with answering questions. Taking out the tenancy was straightforward and clear. During the tenancy, Qube were helpful and responded quickly to my emails. The moving out process was also straightforward, even ‘contactless’.
