I have moved 13 times in the past 10 years and have been with many agencies. This is the only one that I felt actually cared. They look after tenants really well, are very professional and both Mark and Amy are very kind and always willing to help out. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks for everything! :)

Excellent letting agents. They are flexible and respond quickly to anything that needs fixing/sorting out and make you feel at ease - even in uncertainty (COVID19). Amy & Mark are both very genuine, understanding and always friendly.

By far the best letting agency I have ever rented from after many years of bad experiences in London. They respond to emails, fix things that need fixing, and let us live in our home in peace. They are polite, friendly, decent people. It is bizarre that this is what constitutes a 5-star service but I've genuinely never been so delighted by a company acting with basic decency and within the law. Can't thank them enough.

We were with Lester Smith for 4+ years and only (reluctantly) had to change agency. Mark and Amy are always extremely helpful, quick to react and, what I think is fairly rare in the trade, fair. It's been a real pleasure and I wish more agents/landlords were like them.
