Dawsons found me a house after I had been looking for a long time, I felt like they were really trying to help me. I put in an offer without even seeing the house because I was desperate! And was very happy with the house and the service all the way through.

Excellent service, maintenance, and support, from all staff, for over 15 years, especially Kelly and Lawrence, who are both, approachable, and professional, dealing promptly with any queries, or concerns we have had. Would definitely recommend Dawsons.

Honestly, I think Dawsons's service is very good. Whenever I have an issue with my rented property, they will help me to resolve it ASAP. However (this is a message for Dawsons), I would suggest you to create a Business WhatsApp group, so that the tenants are able to contact you easily because it took a few days for me to receive your replies via email. Thank you!

Dawsons is an extremely professional letting agency, who are usually prompt in returning calls, tending to any issues in the property or conducting inspections. They were very helpful in find the place I live in. Handled all the paper work with total perfection as at the time of booking, I was still in India. However, knowing their reputation, I am glad that I have chosen a property through them. Would defenitely recommend people to consider Dawsons when looking for their next home. Thank you Dawsons.

Dawsons let out and manage a number of properties for us. They are professional and easy to deal with. They are easily contactable and have dealt effectivley with all the property maintenace issues and repairs. Their tennant finding service and back ground checks have been very thorough and we have not had a missed rent payment.

Had two viewings the first property was unsuitable, the second property we were interested in and Lisa the agent was very helpful in getting answers to our questions. While we liked the property and the location we decided it was too small and too many compromises would be required. We decided not to proceed. But we would be happy to contact Dawsons in future.
