I have just purchased a cottage in Hatherleigh through you and without the dedication of your team, headed by Lee, and supported by Marion and Giles, the sale would not have taken place. It is totally clear that to deal with a client directly is not always possible and with the local knowledge of both the client and the area, an office in this location is totally imperative. Ann came round and told me exactly what i needed to do to let my property, for, legal matters, tax as well as decor etc. Property went on the market and was let within a matter of a few days. Tenants moved in just over three weeks later, paperwork and transition went as smoothly as it could. Highly recommend them for a fast friendly service.
