I've just completed a tenancy application/process with Martin & Co and cannot speak highly enough of them. From the initial enquiry to moving in, the whole team have been excellent - queries and questions were answered promptly and fully. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone went out of their way to make sure I fully understood what was happening and what needed to be completed, and when. All of the team members that I dealt with (Gemma, Jade and Emily) are an absolute credit to Martin & Co. I would absolutely recommend them to potential tenants and landlords.

I was relocating to Bury St Edmunds from Essex and really needed an agent who would help me to rent in the first instance and then buy the right property for me and my family. From the word go Shaun was highly focused and took the time to find out my needs, so he could search to find me the best home possible. He very carefully and respectfully supported me to see what was available and importantly what would not be suitable for my lifestyle. This saved a lot of time and wasted effort. (other agents were not always as helpful or honest) Shaun went the extra mile showing me three properties in succession on one occasion, taking many detours around the town to do so.
