Excellent service!
James Anderson are the best agent to use by far. I've rented a fair few places whilst i've been in London and usually can't stand letting agents, however Rima from James Anderson was amazing in finding me the perfect flat. She didn't waste my time in taking me to see places which I wouldn't be intetested in just to get her viewing numbers up (unlike Foxtons who do exactly that!), and she made the whole process stress free and seamless. Highly recommended!

Great service - especially from Rima!
Nothing is too much trouble for Rima Tan. As a landlord if I need something sorted I go directly to Rima as she ALWAYS sorts it out for me. Great service from someone where nothing is too much trouble (even if it isn't her remit). A great asset for James Anderson.

Exceeds others by far
I have dealt with James Anderson for several years now, and find them to far and beyond exceed most other estate agents. Leigh Pay in particular goes out of his way to be helpful and assuring in what can otherwise be a very stressful time. They are my first point of call for estate agents in Putney.

Excellent Service in Putney
When we started our search for properties in Putney, James Anderson was the only agency that was able to show us properties within our search criteria from day one. Leigh Pay was very attentive to our requirements. Jade Moeller, the lettings negotiator, is impressive. She was very helpful and patient during the whole process. The agency did not take us to see properties that we would not want (which, unfortunately, can be quite common with other agencies), an extra care that we definitely appreciated. We found our new home a lot quicker than we were expecting and I am sure that is greatly because of Jade and Leigh great services.

Excellent Service
Great service where nothing was too much trouble. I was dealing with Leigh in Putney Lettings. Much better than other letting agents I have dealt with previously and I really felt like a valued customer, with an adviser I could trust. Would definitely recommend.
