I recently used Martin & Co when making the move from living in Glasgow to Aberdeen, and I couldn't recommend their services enough. The staff were friendly, helpful and ensured the entire process was smooth, stress free and straightforward. Having no real prior knowledge of Aberdeen, limited time to move and having to commute from Glasgow to view properties threatened to make this particularly stressful however the staff at Martin & Co, and in particular Juliet Mutch whom we dealt with, negated all these fears. Overall I have had an incredibly positive experience with Martin & Co and will be using their services in the future should I need to move again.

I had great experience with Martin & Co. My first impression when I came in to their office was they were all very friendly and welcoming. Through out the meeting with Maxine Card, the branch Manager has gone above and beyond, she was very open and very clear in explaining their services and answering all my questions. She was very helpful, professional and quick response with the email correspondence. She then introduced me to Juliet Mutch and Kelly Kennedy. Juliet is the designated portfolio manager who is responsible to handle my property from finding new tenant, arranging/managing/handling the tenancy through out their stay. Kelly is the lettings negotiator. Between the two of them, they are a good team, very helpful, professional, good communication and quick response. I am pleased with the service that I have received to this point especially to Maxine Card, Kelly Kennedy and Juliet Mutch. I am happy they found new tenant for my property. My experience so far with the agencies in the UK was not the best. I got in touch with Martin and Co agency when I found a property I was interested in and I was really impressed of how helpful they were on the phone. They booked a viewing for me immediately. The day of the viewing I met one of the agents, Kelly Kennedy, with whom I was quite impressed. She was lovely and very pleasant and although it was an online viewing she showed me every little detail of the property, even the main building and the surrounding area. She didn't hesitate to tell me some of the flaws of the apartment and she had an answer for all my questions regarding the property. Absolute ace!
