Matin & Co made my dreams a reality when finding a property at Aberdeen. Kelly Kennedy, the letting negotiator was a great helper to view 161, Gray street property and she was highlighting every single important aspect very enthusiastically. She always had a friendly smile which encouraged me more to apply for this property. She arranged the required documentation part very quickly by directing to relevant personnel. Kelly Kennedy is an absolute gem. Her service was brilliant, even going out of her way to show me a property within the same hour of contact virtually due to work commitments. Honestly it is very refreshing dealing with such an upbeat and helpful agent during such a busy time of the year. Not only that but she also assisted in the process after office hours which was fab.
