My experience has been good with Martin & Co. Special thanks to Juliet for her support throughout the process. Overall Martin & Co have a well established team, software & partner agents to help the potential tenants find a good house. Few improvements can be made though, especially related to support for utilities, cleaning & maintenance in the initial month of handover.

Martin And Co Fully Factored Flat, We have just started dealing with Martin and Co, In particular Stephen Barr and Maxine Card, I first reached out to 3 different agents, with regards to a property I wanted to rent out, from the start I proffered the feeling I got with Martin and Co, and went with them, it is still early days, but I cant fault them at all so far, very responsive, full of advice, and the bottom line is they just seem like nice people...

When trying change the names in our contract our property manager Stephen Barr has been nothing but a dream. Though the process was going to be a bigger endeavour than we had first expected, he has been patient and had kept us up to date via email or phone and been there to help whenever he needed. Very approachable and so easy to speak to.
