It has been a real pleassure in dealing with Martin & Co. First of all the real estate agent that showed us the house, was very pro-active in following up on our viewing, to keep us informed about other interested parties. Secondly the portfolio manager did find alternative sollutions (in our unusal case as we came from outside the UK), to secure the tenentcy agreement with the landlord. Very good service!

Very helpful and personal touch from Martin & Co which stands them out from other agents. Kevin did a lot to get me matched with a suitable property. Kelly was very helpful, accommodating a whatsapp viewing and going back to the property several times to make sure all my queries were answered. Highly recommended.

Stephen Barr and the entire Martins & Co team were exceptional throughout the letting process. Steph was available anytime to respond to issues, even one of the Managers had to work on weekend in order to meet my start date. Excellent Customer Service, will always use them anytime.

Maxine & Stephen from Martin & Co were great to deal with. After the initial property viewing the property was marketed the same day and they managed to find tenants 2 days later which was really quick. They also did the appropriate security checks and the tenants moved in in no time. Big thank you to you both.
