We achieved a decent selling price which I was happy with and which was higher than advised by another local agent. However, the main reason for the 5° review is the quality of communication from the team in the Accrington office. James was my main point of contact. He was super helpful, nothing was too much trouble, he always stayed calm and always returned calls. These are qualities I value. He kept all parties informed of progress and kept things moving along. I had less contact with other members of the team but they were always up to speed as well which I thought was impressive. I'd recommend Mortimers.
