I can highly recommend Brampton’s Estate agents!! I sold my house and purchased my next house through Brampton’s in December 2020. From my initial telephone call to value my house the service has been responsive, consistent, supportive and reliable. Adam’s valuation of my property, which was only 24hrs after my initial phone call (some local estate agents were quoting a 1-2 week wait just for a valuation, not ideal if you’ve seen a property for sale your interested in buying) was realistic and he wasn’t pushy and the photos he took of my property and the description were very impressive. Adam had my property online and up for sale within 24hrs!! My house sold within 2 weeks. I thought Brampton’s selling fees were great value for money and the most competitively locally priced estate agents in Newcastle-Under-Lyme especially in comparison to other online estate agents, who charge £1000+ whether they sell your house or not. Overall a 5* service from Adam and Louise at Brampton’s. An excellent local family estate agents who provide the very best service.
