I am new to property ownership and have been dealing with Michael at Hydegate Estates in Amersham. I am "learning the ropes" and Michael had been kind, patient, helpful and very professional in my dealings with him. He keeps me up to date with all developments and gives helpful advice when needed. Sara from the maintenance team has also been a great help. I would recommend them. Michael goes above and beyond what I imagine is his usual remit to help me to understand how to keep our tenants happy, (which is our priority) and in business decisions.
