As landlords we have been using Hydegate Estates to find tenants for us for over 15 years. Right from the off we were impressed with the efficiency, knowledge and professionalism of the Hydegates team throughout the whole process. From our perspective this has meant that we have had suitable tenants for our properties and, from the tenants perspective, they can feel confident that all the necessary legal requirements/safety checks and certificates are in place. This continues throughout the tenancy when we know we can rely on Sally Simmons (admin) for support and to "check in" with us that all necessary checks are up to date and paperwork in place. Although, due to us bring in close proximity, we manage the properties ourselves, we have always felt able to call on Hydegates for advice if we have any concerns and to advise us of any changes in regulation within the industry we need to be aware of. We would have no problem with asking them to manage the properties in the future should circumstances require it. More recently we have had dealings with Hydegates during Covid 19 lockdown & easing, when 2 properties needed to be re-let. As soon as was possible, and in keeping with Covid restrictions, they marketed and found new tenants, with Michael Barrett (Lettings Manager) & Mitchell Desborough (Lettings) being our main points of contact in viewings, documentation and check-in.
