I had the pleasure of working with Michael and Eddie on a property. Michael initially took my call and was friendly, responsive, and got me in to see a rental I saw on Right Move immediately. I met Eddie at the property. Michael gave me a good description of him. He was young, eager and helpful. He obviously cared about doing a good job which he did in spades! He was thorough, Followed up with questions properly, and was very professional. Anything he didn’t know the answer to, he got back to me very quickly after consulting with senior staff.
