Great staff, quick and simple process

From the start of the renting process I was very grateful for how staff simplified everything for me so I could make informed decisions. Greg our estate agent was always at hand to answer any questions quickly which was reassuring. All staff communicated with us promptly and made everything run smoothly and efficiently. I let my flat through Frost in Staines. Rob Kimber was fantastic, he kept me informed every step of the way. Everything went smoothly for me because Rob dealt with any minor issues promptly and always seemed one step ahead. When he transfered to the Feltham branch he continued to monitor things until the tenant moved in, great service! I have also been very happy with the new lettings team at Staines and would happily use them for future lets.

Excellent service from Andrew and his colleagues from the Frost team in Amersham. They dealt very sensitively with some difficult issues. Always accessible and responsive. Extremely knowledgeable about the local market. Lovely people to deal with. Made the whole process run smoothly and we are very grateful.

My experience of Frost Partnership has been excellent. My elderly mother was selling her house to move into a retirement apartment and, as you can imagine, it was a daunting prospect for her. I can’t give enough praise to Andrew Holdsworth at the Frost Partnership for the patience, time and help he has given us through the process of our house purchase.
