In October 2021 I had a pleasure of doing some business with Manesh Shah and Hemangi Deru of Oyster properties. I had to renew my annual rental agreement with my tenants. I had been with my previous estate agents for last 10 years and each year I was paying a hefty price to get the annual rental agreement renewed. I discussed my predicament with Manesh and straight away he said he would me help me to resolve my issue. Manesh immediately put me onto Hemangi. I worked with Hemangi on the rental agreement and managed to complete the renewal process in time and at fraction of the cost. I found Manesh and Hemangi very professional, reliable trustworthy and always gave me good information and sound advise. I have been very happy with the work Manesh and Hemangi did for me and would recommend them to anybody who need similar work done. After an awful experience with my previous estate agents, my one with Oyster so far has been great - our agent Umit was attentive, responsive and understanding throughout the lettings process and was committed to working with us to secure and move in to the property.
