We were in a sticky situation, and Oyster Properties was the only estate agency which was really prepared to help us! Umit was amazing and managed to find us a place to move into within 2 weeks, which we weren't sure was possible. He rushed it along every step of the way and helped with every road bump we encountered. We're now renting one of the properties he found us and couldn't be happier! After dealing with endless agencies all just trying to earn their commission, Umit was a breathe of fresh air and actually focused on us and our needs.

Very professional and responsive service! I needed to rent a place urgently in London, so contacted the agency after seing a place online. A lady called Gemma helped me throuout the renting process, making it really smooth and stress-free! She always replied to my emails or calls promply and was very helpful for every issue I have raised regarding the house or contract. We were able to settle-up everything in 2 days. Very happy with the agent, would certainly reccomend them!

I was in a rush to move out of my previous place to a new one before a business travel and Umit was wonderful. He was super reactive all along the process, answered all of my questions nicely. He was really quick to make sure I was in my new place by the deadline, referencing checks included. I've had two bad experiences with my accommodations in London before and I can tell you that with Oyster Properties, your trust will be in good hands. I don't have anything bad to say!
