"Well, you hear all these horror stories about property sales in England. We had our property on the market for over 1 year. We started out with a London wide based company that claims to be the most modern and highest advertising and they locked us in for 6 months with promises that they would sell our house in weeks! Unfortunately, this proved to be a complete waste of our time as they could not bring enough potential viewers through the door. As we were about to find out is true of most estate agents, they are all mouth and no trousers! So when we were free from this we went multi agency and selected a local agent together with a company that we thought would have the right profile and clients for our unusual property. That turned out even worse with even less viewings. Like the one’s before them, they were extremely good at talking the talk but couldn’t walk the walk!
