This is the worst service I had ever seen. They asked me to come and view the location yesterday and they said they only had a time slot within 2hrs time and I cancelled my work and went for view the property at exact time what they asked me to be there. And after viewing the property they told me to confirm within 2 days and they told me they can hold the property until 2 days for me. But as soon as I reached my home within 1hr I emailed them and confirmed I am able to rent the property and the mean time I send messages through WhatsApp as well for get the confirmation. And they told me their staff who gonna be my negotiator will text me on the next day because the person not available on that day and that time I asked them again is it gonna be keep for me until tomorrow to get confirmation but they didn’t respond my email and tomorrow morning I emailed them again because I need to move immediately and they didn’t respond to me and after that nearly 11.30 pm they send me a email letting me know the property isn’t available for me. I don’t know why they playing with people like this I cancelled my work and wasted 2 days for nothing Worst service I have ever seen 👎

Redflag!!! Beware!!!. Oyster property is a very dishonest company. Warning to any tradesmen. Am self employed plumber this company got me to do an emergency job for them I spend money on and in the end refused to pay.
There are many repairs needed, some of which pose safety hazards. The agent has been unresponsive and his manager, Sajur, has ignored our complaint. It has been over a month and no one has followed up regarding the necessary repairs. This agency is terrible! Landlords should reconsider letting this agency manage their properties. Here are the specific issues we have encountered: - The dishwasher has not been functioning for the past three weeks, despite reporting it. No action has been taken. - When we moved in, the boiler did not work, leaving us without hot water and heating for six days. - There was a leak from the bathroom that extended into the kitchen due to faulty silicon. - There was another leak in the kitchen. - The main door has a large gap and cannot be secured, preventing us from accessing the garden. - The alarm system does not work. - The property was not properly cleaned, resulting in numerous bugs in the kitchen cabinet. - There have been multiple problems with the property that were not addressed or checked before it was rented out.

I have rented a detached house from Oyster , which they didn’t do a proper inventory check out. There are many repairing needed and some even safety/ fire hazards. The agent - Kumar is not responsive and his manager Sajur ignore our complaint. It has been a month but no one follows up with all the repairs needed. Terrible agency! If all landlords would need to reconsider to let this agency to manage your properties, as they used tissue paper to stuff the hole on the wall and let the mould grows without action.
Unsatisfactory experience and what I can only assume is some sort of discrimination that they obviously will not disclose the real reason why we are unable to view the property. We called BEFORE they had the viewing date for a property and was told they would contact us once they had one, which is understandable as the ad had just gone up an hr or so prior to this. You would then think we should of been amongst, if not the first to be contacted. We then follow their booking procedure (via WhatsApp) the following day and was first told we could book a viewing and after giving further details was told, literally 1 min after, its fully booked. I wouldn't mind if they told me the real reason why e.g. if we did not meet requirements or etc but to just be lied to and magically all the slots are booked after being told 1 min before they were not is unacceptable. Why do you need someone’s full address to give us information about a property? You can have the clients full details when it comes to the moment when you need to run all the checks, but it is not reasonable to pressure us to provide our full address before we even start the conversation. I have been contacting many estate agents and never had this problem before. Unfriendly staff on the phone.
