This is our first experience with oyster properties and we are so pleased to write this review. From viewing the property till finishing all the paper work online was amazing. I recently had the pleasure of working with Kumar Gurung from Oyster Properties to find a flat, and I cannot overemphasise how impressed I was with his exceptional service. From the start, Kumar demonstrated professionalism and the whole process went smoothly. He was incredibly responsive to all my queries, he kept me up to date throughout the process. He recommended few flats tailored to my needs. He was always reachable to answer all my questions and his follow-up was prompt and professional. Moving from a different part of UK to London seemed like a huge task for me. It was oyster properties who made finding property for me very easy. They knew my requirements and I was surprised with the smooth process that underwent while getting a property in London. Kumar provided an exceptional service from the beginning to the end. He was very professional in his work and provided a first class service. We felt really comfortable with his way of working and when showing tenants around our house, he remained courteous and followed our instructions to remove shoes to respect our house. He was constantly in touch to discuss things and updating about everything so we didn’t need to call him at all. I’m so glad we registered with Oyster Estate Agent and would definitely recommend Kumar all the way. Thank you Kumar - you are a star!
