I cannot speak highly enough about Steve Darling, who represented our buyers in a very complex chain. When we were struggling to get responses from our own estate agents and solicitors, Steve personally kept us informed and where necessary put pressure on other elements of the chain when our own representatives were showing o sense of urgency. Obviously Steve had no responsibility to us, yet was the only one who empathised with the stress unnecessary delays were causing to all parties and went above and beyond to ensure appropriate action was taken.
