Fabulous service from Nicole and the team at the Chudleigh office. A complex sale partly due to the house being empty and requiring the some work before listing. Also, the seller was remote from the property making regular visits difficult. However, the helpful and pro-active approach to overcoming the hurdles led to a successful sale.
