We've owned a property in Ashburton for a number of years, first as our family home and subsequently as a buy-to-let. It has been managed via Sawyde and Harris from the start. In Jan 2021 our tenants gave notice. Katie was very quick to give us the heads up and get the property back on the market. Michelle then took over the letting process. Katie was very responsive in valuing our property as soon as we came out of lockdown and within a week it was online and advertised.
