Throughout the letting process, they've been professional, honest and transparent in their communication, and have worked efficiently to secure suitable tenants. All four of our properties were let within a reasonable timeframe, achieving the full asking rent for each. We're very pleased with the service and would happily recommend the team and use them again in the future.

Highly recommend Ryder and Dutton, the staff are very attentive, flexible & explain things really well for first time buyers. Really appreciated them throughout buying my first home. I first had Kristen who then went on Mat leave and handed over to Robyn and the handover was flawless, both were fantastic. My only bit of advice - After having my offer accepted, I was contacted by R&D and recommended a solicitors called Conveyancing home limited based in Leeds who I absolutely would not recommend they were beyond horrific, caused me an incredible amount of stress and anxiety.

Kirsten has been fantastic throughout the whole sales process. She kept us constantly informed and provided regular support, reassurance and went above and beyond to make sure we felt at ease, even if things became uncertain. She is incredibly proactive and a friendly contact to have in what is a very stressful time for most. Thanks Kirsten!

Geraldine was our move manager during the purchase of our first home. She made the process run smoothly and maintained great communication between us and the seller. She constantly checked in with us and the solicitors and provided regular updates. I’d like to say a huge thank you to Robyn and the whole team for all their hard work and support throughout what has been a very long and challenging property purchase. Although the sale ultimately didn’t proceed, this was absolutely no reflection on Robyn or the team. Robyn was consistently professional, helpful and responsive, worked tirelessly to chase updates and did everything she could to keep us informed and move things forward. We really appreciated her communication, patience and the effort she put in, particularly when many of the delays were completely outside of her control. It was disappointing that we couldn’t complete the purchase, but we are genuinely grateful to Robyn and the team for their hard work and professionalism throughout.
