I have dealt with Michael Anthony for over a decade, having bought a property from them in 2007, rented that same property through them for 3 years when I emigrated in 2013, and finally selling that property through them in 2017. Accordingly, I have dealt with a few different members of both their Lettings and Sales teams, as well as a member of their senior management team. Without fail, all of them have been courteous, professional, knowledgeable, helpful, communicative, honest and a pleasure to deal with. When you live thousands of miles away from your property, as I did, you need to know that you have people you can count on to give you and your tenants the best possible support and to ensure you get the best deal when you're selling or renting out your biggest asset. The team at Michael Anthony were the people I counted on and they didn't let me down. In particular, Ella on the Lettings team and Rachel from Sales were my key points of contact and support. They both did an excellent job handling the many issues that arose and keeping me in the loop at all times. They were ably supported at key points by Helen, Lucy, Trudy, Becky, Mark, Adam and Andy, all of whom I had contact with at one point or other over the years. These other members of the team reinforced the impression of professionalism and service-excellence created by my dealings with Ella and Rachel. My interactions with Mark, in particular, set my expectations of the Sales team at as high a level as the Lettings team had already achieved. Needless to say, the Sales team vindicated his (and my) confidence in them, in their handling of the sale of my property and I thank them and the Lettings team for a series of jobs well done. As humans, I know the Michael Anthony team must have made the odd mistake during the time I was using them. That said, after a decade of dealing with them and having scanned my memory and my email archives, I can't remember or find evidence of a single issue I've had with them. Given my occasional tardiness in responding to their e-mails, I doubt they can say the same of me. To summarize, the team at Michael Anthony: • Always gave the impression that they had my best interests at heart • Did everything I expected of them quickly and to a high standard • Provided peace of mind at all the key points of my buying, letting and selling experience • Delivered this service at a distance, with me never having met any of the current team in person • Delivered at a price which I consider to be great value for money I can think of no other example in which I have experienced as good a service over as long a period, from as great a distance, with such a uniformity of quality across different representatives and departments. I can't recommend them highly enough, and as you can see from the glowing review in the paragraphs above, I really tried!

Our initial valuation was done by Tanya who really impressed us with her knowledge of the area and appreciation of what Aylesbury had to offer outside our house. The whole team understood the urgency of our sale and were really proactive! Updates were great and so was feedback from viewings! Rachel always kept us upto date with the progression of our sale. Matt and Ben were also awesome as was everyone we dealt with! Thanks guys!!!
