By far the worst letting company I have ever delt with. Avoid at all costs

Well once I had case about my overflooded bathroom for about 2 months so the mold on the wall was growing mold on itself. Even cherwell was useless cuz they fight one with another leaving me with the problem alone. Than my property been moved to different agent I've send my rent by mistake to martinco as I still had thier bank account and guess what... I rang them to return it to me and they were fine but instead of that they proceed my money to my landlord and I got whatever was left so 100 pounds less from whole ammount as they charged me fees illegaly for property they dont deal with for last half year plus I had to pay another rent to current agents. Just sweet...

Lazy bastards

Avoid at all costs! We haven't even had the "pleasure" to meet these people in person! And they already managed to hugely disappoint. We wanted to view a flat in Banbury and called to make an appointment with the agent. The man was very hostile over the phone, said that the landlord wants someone sooner than our move date (more than 1 month away), which I can appreciate, but he said he'll show us the place anyway. He took my details, name, telephone, budget,etc. The alarm bells went, when on the day of the viewing, we didn't hear anything from the agency. I had to make another phone call and didn't get through to the branch, but a receptionist. They at least gave me the full post code of the property and ensured me that someone will get back to me. Well no one did! We arrived at the location, and through process of elimination found the correct door number. I'd like to add that we studied all the pictures closely and looks like some of them were of different flats from the same street. ( The giveaway was a window view and parked car in one of the photos.) We called again... No answer, so we were transferred to the receptionist. Again... We explained our situation and they suggested the same solution- we will get the agent to call you. But why would they if they haven't done that for the past hour? After waiting another 30 minutes, we just drove off. No one EVER called back to apologize, rectify situation, nothing! Let the other reviews be a warning too.

Obvious fake 1 post only positive reviews, if you're a tenant check out some genuine reviews on line about this unethical shower. They seem friendly enough at first, if not a little inept. What follows is nothing but problems, incompetence, invasions of privacy and a lack of the very basics you should expect. Not forgetting the thinly disguised theft at the end of your tenancy. AVOID at all costs.
