Very bad. And the prices are high. Affordable rates can be found elsewhere and save for at least £ 150

As a mature student, having rented properties all my life, the student service provided by Daffyd Hardy is abhorrent. They have no interest in treating students like customers, well in the knowledge that each year a new horde of students will roll into the city and require housing. They are happy to pressure students into contracts with incorrect information, all the while hanging the threat loosing the property over there head. When it has come to claiming our deposit back, they are simply unwilling to carry out even the most basic checks. Waiting four weeks now for somebody to simply view the property to confirm the return of our deposit, despite our desperate need of our money back, the company is simply unwilling to treat students as customers, as it is clear from their behaviour the landlords are the only customers they pander too. Clear to see from the majority of reviews on google that they institutionally abuse their position as one of the only student estate agents in the city, with the majority of student properties under there management.

Poor service don't recommend they book appointments and cancel with in minutes very disgusting

Only delt with Llandudno Branch and we weren’t made to feel valued as Customers, we got phone calls at 4.55pm on a Friday with bad news always !!! We dropped the price 3 times under their advice, to sell our place. The info given to us was all over the place even without Purchasers having a Mortgage in place etc. Given lots of false information all the time. I don’t know about the rest of the Branches, but use Llandudno at your peril. In our opinion they are not professional at all. The Manager is awful, the stress we had was totally unacceptable. How much we paid them and for what left my Wife Speechless.

If you're a student do not go with these people. As soon as they have you sign a contract and hand over money then you're second hand to them. Digusting and immoral. Also, some of their employees have rated it 5 stars which is clearly a conflict of interest. Don't trust the 5 star reviews.

Disorganised and inept. Unable to provide basic information to tenants and only seem to speed up when chasing money. The 'service' to landlords is hopeless - providing year-old images, not carrying out inspections (but still charging a fee) and losing inventories is at the least misleading and at the worst unprofessional. The constant demand for student lettings has led them to become complacent and lazy.

don't help to make communication with landlord easier. not interested in changing or repairing things in property after you've paid full rent for the time you're staying. waste of money and time to go through that with an organisation like that. you basically pay them extra service fees but in the end you're the one who spends hours an hours calling them without them really doing sth about your complaints.

Emailed about several houses and only ever heard back about one. We booked a viewing and the agent never turned up to the property and none of my 20+ calls went through.
