If you think all estate agents are the same you are wrong. It is all about getting the property completed . I have been in the industry for 25 years in kent. I can honestly say all these guys are amazing. I had a challenging purchaser and Shelly, Andrew and the amazing Tracy pulled out all the stops to get the sale through. My house purchase fell through recently, & for many reasons it is a great personal loss & disappointment. My experience of Jenni Parsons who handled things at MAP throughout though, has been excellent. Andrew Mcknight showed me around on the initial viewing, & my first positive impression started with him. A friendly, helpful, kind & professional man with a really nice manner. On to my dealings with Jenni, & the point here is that she was representing the Seller, & not me the Buyer! However, I found her to be very similar, friendly, helpful, professional, kind, compassionate, honest, & acting with integrity, some very important things I look for in people. MAP has a real family feel about it, something I have not experienced with Estate Agency in the past, & will be my first port of call in the future. Jenni is a credit to that company she has been brilliant from start to finish. The extra work she has put in to push the solicitors in the chain was invaluable, without her it would be dragging on without a date. Sometimes i had more updates than I got from the solicitor. She's also very happy and bubbily, she must genuinely like her job which is good to see.
