Whitegates were fantastic on the sale of our home. The sold our property in one week for over the asking price. They also kept us up to date throughout the process post sale agreement and were always available to provide information and chase people down. They were great I’d highly recommend.

We have just purchased a house via Whitegates (Barnsley) and although it did take some months to complete on the house (no fault whatsoever of Whitegates) I would like to thank Will in particular for his efficient and professional service throughout the process (and putting up with me chasing every week to see what was going on with the purchase!) We dealt with Graham, we signed for a property but unfortunately due to a problem beyond anyone’s control our house became inhabitable so we had to cancel. Graham then went out of his way to try and find us a house. Unfortunately the houses we saw weren’t right for us but Graham was amazing.

We have just sold our house through Whitegates and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others as the service we received was excellent. At the initial valuation Steve was friendly and professional. When it came to booking in viewings the sales team were always prompt in keeping us in the loop around what was going on with excellent communication via phone and text. Everyone was really accommodating when we went on holiday and were able to show our house for us while we were away. Once we had accepted an offer the team were great at keeping us in the loop about what was going on and Beth in particular went above and beyond in terms of chasing information about what was happening in our chain which really helped alleviate some of our worries! This is the first time we've ever sold and I would highly recommend Whitegates. I'm aware that there are cheaper online estate agents available, but it's well worth considering the additional service you from a more traditional agent who will really put the effort in to get your sale over the line. In my view it's definitely been worth the small additional spend! Anyway - thanks again to all the team!
