Absolutely disgusted by their behaviour. After loosing my father and asking for a probate value, I was informed it would be a “free valuation” when my mother in a terrible state entered the office and being told “it’s a business quote so it’s £200” by a very officious gentleman and she left in tears. Well I would not recommend this heartless company at all.

Unfortunately we bought our house through Webbers. This company are the most awful bunch of liers and decietful people I have ever encountered. Webbers told us that we were able to buy an 8 acre field adjacent to the house. We let another property go that we were supposed to be buying based on this lie, only to be told a week later that the field sadly wasnt for sale, but Webbers assured and promised us that we could rent it. Based on this assumption to rent the land, we continued the process of buying this house but were utterly disappointed that we would now be renting and not buying the field. A week before we were due to exchange I visited the neighbours to meet them and discuss the rental of the 8 acre field. They were utterly mortified and told me that they had never agreed to rent the field, let alone sell it.. they informed me of numerous covenants on the land, in fact an 8 page contract, that were never disclosed to us by Webbers. I had a massive arguement with Christine at Webbers, I couldnt believe how dishonest they had been, never disclosing any of this info until I had found it out for myself. We renegotiated a heavily reduced price and continued to buy the house, as we were so near to the completion date and we didnt want to lose the sale of our property that we were moving from. I could never recommend this awful company, they made me ill with stress, I had the emergency ambulance out for stress related illness.

Was researching local estate agents to market my forthcoming sale. Webber's South Molton branch had a total of 31 properties for sale, however of those a total of 10 had their selling prices reduced. My conclusion was that they are overvaluing.

Yet again fobbed off by a seller who demands conditions to viewing. Agents should not accept business from fussy sellers of this ilk. If I can drive three hours to view a property, don't I count as serious? Disgusted Cash Buyer!

Webbers were enlisted to sell a no chain bungalow in July 2019. It sold within days of going on the market. Sale fell through in September as buyer didnt have sufficient funds & it took 3 months for Webbers to find this out? Sold again for asking price also fairly quickly after initial sale collapse. Sale fell through in February 2020 - 5+ months after offer was accepted. If you really want to complete a sale i wouldn’t recommend Webbers. UPDATE : ITS TAKEN 8 MONTHS FOR WEBBERS TO RESPOND TO THIS EMAIL ......
