Best Price Achieved

I cannot praise this company more, I chose them over a couple of other local estate agents as they seemed the most confident in getting us the best price for our house and said they could do it quickly, and they did not disappoint. They weren't the cheapest of the estate agents we saw, but the price they said they would get was far better than the rest.. They achieved their quoted price and what' is more, we had two offers! The extra value they added more than covers their slightly higher fee. My wife and I were very pleased with the service we received, in particular Simon's attentiveness and professionalism throughout the process, he was a pleasure to deal with.
