The whole process with Marting&Co has been friendly and painless. Viewings were easy to arrange and Bebe in particular was very friendly, informative and gave great advice. Really goes a long way in making this process easier and less scary for students doing this all for the first time.

From the moment I contacted Charlotte I knew that she was the agent to sell my property. After my initial email enquiry she asked lots of questions about the house and had thoroughly researched the local market before arriving for a valuation. She was also the only agent out of six to arrive with an information pack for me.
