I have been with Martin & Co for a number of years now. They manage the rental and maintenance of property my family own in Bath. The staff at Martin & Co are very professional, friendly, helpful and always keep me well informed. Renting property is never straight forward and often situations arise that require the letting agency to go the extra mile to resolve the issues. I was particularly impressed recently with Kate Armstrong who looks after Marketing and Lettings. Kate recently dealt with and resolved an issue we had with the re-letting of a garage. Without going into the details her tenacity and willingness to come up with a solution that satisfied both myself and a new tenant was brilliant. Caroline Relph has also been very helpful with a number of maintenance and refurbishment works that have been required over the years. She is currently helping with organising and liaising with the tenant for a Kitchen refurbishment project. As mentioned I have been with Martin & Co at Bath for many years now and would say that all the staff I have spoken to are well mannered, always listen, work as a Team and they look to resolve the issues. This ethos starts right from the top with a very competent and well experienced Management Team - Directors Brian and Gaye. Brian and Gaye have a very able team beneath them Caroline Relph, Kate Armstrong and others that run a very good and effective Estate and Letting Agency in Bath.

We had a move which was really time critical and Bebe was excellent in helping us get what we needed in a new home. She really made us feel like we were cared for as prospective tenants and she completely understood our difficult situation and pulled out all the stops to help us. We would definitely rent with these guys in the future and will be recommending them to anyone who asks us!
