A property hunt can always be a stressful one, but Jem at Martin & Co. made the entire experience so pleasant. Jem took the time to understand all of my requirements and tailored all of the searches around this. He was patient, diligent and professional. His friendly and approachable manner meant that I was able to be upfront and honest in what I did and didn’t want - I now have a beautiful one bedroom flat I am renting. Still with Martin and Co as our property managers. After a year and a bit of Covid-19 getting in the way of home improvements and some of our requests not being heard by Martin and Co, we met Emine our newly appointed property manager. She has, in the span of a month, arranged painting of the flat and fixing our heating in time for winter. Her enthusiasm for her tenants is refreshing and commendable.
