Despite everything being in order in advance of your tenancy commencement date, we appreciate your comments and acknowledge that stronger communication would have greatly improved the service you received. This has been addressed with the team and going forward we will ensure all parties are updated if there are paperwork delays for any reason. With regards to the leak, much to the upset of the Landlord who had just had the property redecorated and recarpeted for your tenancy, we have been informed that the leak had sprung from a neighbouring apartment and is in the process of being resolved. We can only apologise for the unfortunate timing of this and trust it will be swiftly dealt with.
