I bought my home through Frost Partnership and I could not have asked for a better service. Their communication was timely and constructive and made the whole process so much easier. So I would definitely recommend them to friends and family
We recently sold our house (Morten Wood) in Amersham with Frost. I was impressed at the start of the process with the speed in which the details of the house were ready to go to market. However when the viewings started it was a bit harder than I had expected to get feedback on how the viewings had gone. Most of the time we had to do the chasing for that. Having said that, once the house was sold and our chain was in place, I honestly believe the only thing that held it together was Andrew Holdsworth at Frost. He did a superb job of finding information from all parties in the chain way before any other agent had. His local knowledge and relationship with clients and other agents around Amersham was second to none. He did a great job. I would use Frost in Amersham again.
Just wanted to say what a great service we had from the frost partnership in windsor ! Nicola was a great help from start to finish helping to make the move as smooth as possible with no stress which when you have 3 children is a great bonus Great contact from start to finish !!! The way you handled my end of tenancy has been complete nightmare. Your property managers created problems for me when there was no need due to lack of communication and finally when it all seems to going OK and was told last Friday that my deposit would be repaid, upon chasing today have been told that it hasn’t been. Will look into this and get it sorted and will take 3-5 working days for the money to repaid. No one seems that bothered about the tenant despite your claims on website etc.I wonder how long before this will be deleted?
Require lots of chasing, give incorrect/misleading information
I am highly disappointed by the services of this agency. They havent paid back my deposit for the tenancy that ended 3 months ago and do not reply to emails. Definitely do not reccomend- very unprofessional.
If you see a house listed with their Slough branch, set aside a few quid to slip into Lee Henry's pocket, otherwise you have no chance of getting a property with them. Absolute Sc*mbag
Really dissapointed with the property management service at Ashford, Middlesex. It feels like you are actually bothering them, when you chase things. Next thing you know, you've got a different property manager with no clue about what your problem is. And you start again. Rarely seen a service this bad, really dissapointed.
I would never use frost ever again They ignore there tenants and just want money very unprofessional and just lie and don’t care at all about anything but making money I’ve had major damp in a property of theres for over a year and is getting worse and all laura Woodward does is ignore even environmental health are being ignored by frost John frost you must be so proud of your incapable staff
(Ashford) - Avoid at all costs.. They have absolutely no clue what to do about anything in the property and had left us strapped for cash at this horrible time for many. It had been a month since we left the property and still no deposit back and lots of messing us around. The landlord was a priority over us tenants at Frost which is a disgrace. They wanted us to pay for a deep clean when in fact it was agreed that we won't as we had to clean the place up ourselves. I even paid and put in a brand new carpet as black mould was everywhere and we were ignored on various occasions. Update: it is now Monday 23rd November 2020. Frosts Accounts team were contacted teice by two seperate frost colleagues who were ignored with no update. We have now been left without a penny and had to get a new tenancy elsewhere so am now struggling due to paying a deposit for new place. This is no way to treat customers past and present during a pandemic. Just pay our deposit back please so I can pay our bills!
