Practical, efficient and proactive. What more could you want?

I am happy to say that my own experience of dealing with Jill and her colleagues at Moginie James has been very similar to that of previous reviewer Mike R. After the initial sale fell through the MJ team quickly located another purchaser and Jill impressed me with the practical and efficient way that she steered the sale to a satisfactory conclusion. I particularly appreciated receiving regular progress reports from her without any prompting. And, finally, Jill was very helpful in persuading the developer from whom I was buying to remain patient whenever there was a delay in the process.
