Would like to say a big thanks to Michelle at Moginie James. Progression Department.in Cardiff Gate. She is a huge asset to your company. Michelle went far beyond what i would expect from an estate agent to help ensure the property sale went through as smoothly as possible. It was a very difficult sale due to the sellers not completing building control sign off's and correct certificates etc as well as issues to do with access which made it a very complicated sale. Michelle went far above and beyond to help get everything in place from liaising with the council to organising tradesmen, arguably all of this should have been sorted by the sellers, so i thank Michelle or i could still be waiting to move in 3 months later. Every call, message and email was answered fast and with a solution in every case which really helped when at times i felt like pulling out. and finding a less complicated property. If ever i come to sell i know who i will be going to first. Thanks again.

After original sale of my house fell through Jill stepped in and offered practical advise on how to move forward. After the second survey proved to have some problems, Jill quickly assessed what issues needed addressing and liaised with both myself and the buyer to get quick and professional quotes for work needing doing on the property. She provided continual updates on progression of sale, so I felt completely at ease with what can be a very stressful time. I can not thank you enough for your professionalism and friendly advise.
