Very poor service

Do not use this estate agent. We initially went with GSC Grays to sell our home, after months on the market we had heard nothing from them regarding potential buyers. However, by chance we had a potential buyer knock on our front door informing us they had tried to make a viewing appointment but did not hear back from agent (despite contacting them on 3 different occasions). When we finally spoke to the agent he informed us that he had been trying to negotiate other deals on more expensive properties and would get round to dealing with ours in turn - not happy with service. In summary, if you are selling a 1 million plus home I am sure they would offer a good service, for us other folk don't expect too much "as they will get round to dealing with us in turn".
