A brilliant experience allround... I had struggled with this process since I had returned to the UK after being overseas for a long time and had to settle back 'into the system'. Many estate agents were unhelpful, not responsive and just generally not providing the assistance and support I hoped for. When I walked into Your Move Bexleyheath for the first time, I sat down and briefed the staff member about my circumstances, and she was quick to take my details and explain a little re the requirements and process. My appointed agent was Maya Jacobs. She was friendly, proactive, helpful and most of all listened. I managed to find the property I was looking for and the whole process was clear and smooth. Any concerns I had were addressed and I was not worried at all. The overall experience was easy and I am so grateful to Maya for all her help.
