A Refershing Approach” I’m going to start this review by thanking Kaiden Ellingham and Grace in the Bicester Office for all of their help and support with the sale of my property. In my lifetime I have brought and sold a number of properties in a number of different areas of the country. From my past experience I link the “Jaws “theme “ with Estate Agents. Well that was the case until my dealings with Alexander & Co. Every member of the team has been knowledgeable, kind courteous, empathetic and understanding. The sale of my property was complex due to parities involved. Alexander & Co were able to keep the sale on course in very difficult circumstances. Kaiden Ellingham’s approach was enthusiastic, dynamic, his ideas were relevant. In addition he was knowledgeable of the area. Not only was he knowledgeable and experienced he was professional and gave a detailed approach on how to market the house with a realistic price figure and keep the sale on course. He was able to negotiate with all parties involved in difficult circumstances and went above and beyond! I know that the words honesty and trust are not usually words synonymous with Estate Agents but from my experience they can definitely be associated with Alexander and Co. I know that Alexander &Co’s approach in selling the house was working with both me and the buyer to ensure that the best price was achieved.
