Great service and very approachable stuff. During moving out/in I didn't have any headache at all. Any questions been answered in very short time period, I couldn't report maitanance issue thru the app so ask for help and it's been sorted straight away. We bought our property from Alexander & Co, we got the keys on 18 February 2022. We had our viewing assisted by Kaiden. Kaiden was very friendly and approachable, made me feel very comfortable to view the property. He had all the answer I needed. They were always on the top of things throughout the process. Finally got a property, Absolutely the best lettings to work with, Mary is so helpful and nothing is too much, everything we needed to know or had to do Mary was on it. Mary has helped us move so quickly due to unfortunate circumstances with current landlord having to come back to the UK. Mary has made it so stressless, and has been a great laugh but professional along the way
