Would like to offer my sincere thanks to Mary O'leary and all her colleagues at Alexander and Co Bicester, for making what should have been a very taxing 18 months as a result of a change in personal circumstances and the pandemic - very easy with regards to sorting my partner and I with rental properties around Bicester. They went above and beyond to make sure we were able to find and move into properties that made the lock-downs easier. We had to move twice as a result of border complications with Australia. When they arose after we gave our notice the team at Alexander and Co kicked into over drive to ensure we had a place to call home before our move out date. After being told that I needed to move house, Alexander and co-have been fantastic from start to finish, not only did they find me the perfect property within my budget, but The professional service from all the staff was 2nd to none, in particular Mary who found the property for me and also Amy our property manager who has been brilliant. Over two years of working with Alexander & Co now as a Plumbing & Heating contractor. Still enjoy it as much as i did the day i started with them. We've recently been dealing with Kaiden-Jay from Alexander & co in Bicester and couldn't recommend him enough. Unfortunately it's transpired that we won't actually be purchasing the property we were interested in, however even so we couldn't fault the service. I have just completed on a purchase with A&CO Bicester. I was well looked after by Kaiden throughout who provided excellent service and kept me up to date at all times. The lettings team also continue to do a great job of looking after my properties.

Extremely pleased with the service overall! Our contact was Kaiden, he was very quick to engage with us and arrange viewings after we made initial contact. He was proactive suggesting properties to us which we might not have considered or were unaware of and ultimately we completed on one of these properties. Kaiden and Angela were very supportive throughout the process. They were responsive to questions and requests for viewings. They helped chase the other involved parties solicitors, sellers etc. and we're always happy to explain things to us.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough, they have managed my rental properties for a number of years and recently marketed and found buyers for 2 houses which completed recently. In terms of property management they have a great balance of supporting both landlord and tenants, have good operational systems , infrastructure are professional and supportive, their help during this pandemic in my view has been best in class.
