Alexander & Co., from the day I viewed my first apartment to my second year on a lease have been superb. They are all so friendly and helpful. I have been a particular pain in their side (though mostly not my fault :D) and every single time they have helped me to the very best of their ability, all with smiles on their faces. I have the pleasure of having Madaline as my property manager and I cannot fault her in any way. Renting can be so stressful, but she helps me deal with everything so effortlessly.

My experience with Alexander & Co during my recent tenancy was exemplary. They found the ideal property for me to rent and helped me every step of the way with everything. Whilst I found all the staff to be so helpful special mention must go to Madaline Peris, the Property Manager, who always answered my calls promptly and courteously no matter what the issue. She resolved the few problems I had at the property so quickly and always in a professional manner. She also got my deposit back at the end super quick too!

Very good in customer management. As a tenant, any issues reported to the property management was taken care and sorted very fast. check in and check out was also very fast.
